Ways to Tibet

There are a three ways to go to Tibet to achieve your dreamed Tibet travel. There are flights, trains, and overland by Jeep (landcruiser)

A. Flights

The easiest way is to take the flights from a few directions. For the details, please refer to the below map General information map illustrations
There are at present 4 airlines to fly to Tibet.

1) Air China

Air China launched the flights at the earliest time. There are a few types of aircrafts such as Boeing 757, Boeing 737, Airbus 319, Airbus 340. You can take the flights from all directions such as Shangri-la, Chengdu, Chongqing, Beijing, Xi'an, Xi'nig, and Kathmandu. And it is only Airchina which flies to Chamdo, the biggest city of east Tibet. See the detailed flying duration
2) Southern Airlines

Southern Airlines only fly to Lhasa from Guangzhou(Canton, close to Hong Kong and Macau) via Kunming, then capital of Yunnan Province on Wensday, and Friday. The aircraft is Boeing 757.

3) Hainan Airlines

It only started from June 18th flying to Tibet. The type
